Constructors should refer to the Component Overlays along with,
the Bill of Materials for the current value of all components, and
the General Construction Notes for general PCB assembly guidelines.
- Assemble the 6x Jack Carrier boards
- Mount all components on their respective PCBs except for the Jack Carrier sub-assemblies
- Mount 3x Jack Carrier sub-assemblies on to the Column 1 PCB but do not solder
- Offer the Column 1 PCB assembly up to the front panel and secure using the supplied nuts and washers
- Solder the Jack Carrier sub-assemblies in to position
- Mount 3x Jack Carrier sub-assemblies on to the Column 2 PCB but do not solder
- Offer the Column 2 PCB assembly up to the front panel and secure using the supplied nuts and washers
- Solder the Jack Carrier sub-assemblies in to position
- Mount the ES20 PCB on to the Column 1 and Column 2 PCBs ensuring that the IDC connectors are properly aligned
ADDENDUM
R213 needs to be inserted in series with the left-hand legs of R206 and R207:-

- Cut off the excess legs leaving between 1-2mm of conenction
- Slighly fan the the resistors to form a pyramid and then insert their legs in to their respective pads - R206 in to its right-hand pad, R207 in to its right-hand pad and R213 in to either of the left-hand pads.
