Constructors should refer to the Component Overlays along with,
the Bill of Materials for the current value of all components, and
the General Construction Notes for general PCB assembly guidelines.

1. Assemble the Jack Carrier board
2. Fit all components to the board except the Jack Carrier sub-assembly and D301
3. Mount the Jack Carrier sub-assembly but do not solder
4. Offer the assembly up to the front panel and secure using the supplied nuts and washers
5. Form the LED, install and solder
