Constructors should refer to the Component Overlays along with,
the Bill of Materials for the current value of all components, and
the General Construction Notes for general PCB assembly guidelines.

JP301 allows for optional switches to add the 1st through to 8th bits to the [RANDOM MELODY]. If links 5-8 are left open, the melody will be limited to 16 notes. The links can be either permanently hard-wired (default) or have jumpers fitted to set the desired number of bits semi-permanently.
