P202 - CV REJECT

1. Set all knobs to '0' except [CUTOFF] which should be set to '8'
2. Patch a 5VDC 100Hz sawtooth to the [1V/Octave] input
3. Monitor the [OUT] jack and adjust P202 for minimal break-through of the CV
